Chapman’s Cove
Chapman’s Cove is our most recent endeavor located off of Blue Ridge Assembly Drive in Black Mountain. The subdivision consist of arts and crafts style custom homes, a shared green space with a creek and back up to acres of wooded mountain property. The location is less than a mile to downtown Black Mountain and access to I-40. One of the ten lots is still available.

LOCUST SPRINGS DEVELOPMENT
Locust Springs is an 18 home development located in Black Mountain, NC that Harrison Homes began constructing in 2014. Each house was uniquely designed with the homeowners to meet their needs and wants. The neighborhood has gorgeous Blue Ridge mountain views and is within walking distance to downtown Black Mountain and Lake Tomahawk.
